My dear Kjirsten, |
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
It's
been ages since I last visited Amsterdam ,
and it's too bad I missed you then — we
could have visited the Grey
Area
again for the first time and
enjoyed the Bubblegum
together. Next time around,
I expect I'll be playing The
Paradiso
and we
can hang together and throw back a La
Trappe or
two. |

Unfortunately,
I don't actually have a new album or a
tour or any new songs to lay on you right
this second, but maybe you could listen
to This Moody Bastard a
coupla times while I'm getting it all together
on my end. I sorta wrote that one with
you in mind, so I guess it's "our
song", if you know what I mean. |

I'll
tell you this, though: Tom Whalley and
the gang at Warners are all as excited
as Ajax right
now about my forthcoming album — they've
promised me that they're gonna promote
the thing 'till they're Dutch
Ice in the face. Tom
himself is going to be hittin' it whatever
you like-style for all he's worth
until my album screams to the top of the
charts and stays there for a couple of
months or more. |

Tell
the gang at Grey's I
miss 'em the most and hope to see them
soon! |

Ciao
for now, -W |
